Integration log on error
We have an assessment integration within our business process and external users using two factor authentication, that a number of users (mixed locations) are receiving the same error message when trying to access from our platform (Workday).
The error occurs when either:
- A candidate clicks the link to take them to the assessment platform or
- The agency user is trying to access Workday via the Microsoft two factor authenticator process
The issue is sporadic and we usually resolve the issue by asking the candidate to try an incognito browser or by trying another device.
However, we are looking to understand why this is happening and what is the issue with certain users that does now effect all users.
