So we have MFA turned on for all users with a few exceptions. I have a user who can successfully sign in with MFA to account on their laptop. However on their iPad for email, teams ect.... its not working.... it auto signs into accounts and in the sign-in log shows under authentication requirement single-factor authentication and I don't know how to stop it or force the MFA. I can sign into my accounts to everything on his ipad just fine so it has something to with the account using SFA instead of MFA.

Hi @Graham Conner , Please try re-requiring MFA for the user manage-authentication-methods-in-azure.png More info here. This should force them to reauthenticate, and if this is still not working it will help narrow down the cause. Please let me know if this doesn't work.
