I have the same thing. I was doing the learning for the Data Fundamentals and the Sandbox accounts are under my directories but I can't delete them. Did you manage it ?
2 learn sandbox somehow leaked into my real account subscription and i cannot delete/remove it from my list of resources

i was doing microsoft learn, storage account module and somehow the storage account shows up in my real subscription directory list of resources. how can i remove these sandbox items that do not exist anymore from showing up on my account?
when i click on these storage accounts in the portal I get a message as follows, and no way to delete these storage accounts.
The access token is from the wrong issuer 'https://sts.windows.net/1bdd6dd6-6cc5-4bbd-8360-651a294cc65e/'. It must match the tenant 'https://sts.windows.net/604c1504-c6a3-4080-81aa-b33091104187/' associated with this subscription. Please use the authority (URL) 'https://login.windows.net/604c1504-c6a3-4080-81aa-b33091104187' to get the token. Note, if the subscription is transferred to another tenant there is no impact to the services, but information about new tenant could take time to propagate (up to an hour). If you just transferred your subscription and see this error message, please try back later.
