Certification test payment cancellation request !!

On January 31st, I paid for the certification exam by choosing the wrong exam subject. And I asked the test supervisor to stop and cancel the test. (Case 07560675)

On February 1st, I received the following email, but the payment cancellation did not proceed.

PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS E-MAIL

Dear Test Taker, 

We have gone ahead and canceled your exam at this time. Cancelling this appointment will incite a refund of the payment submitted and allow you to schedule a new appointment. Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for the refund to process. It is important to note that depending on your bank or credit card, these fees may have a different processing time frame before you will see these fees available once more.
