SCCM Enpoint Protection - Client problem on SCCM server only

Hi,

I am managing Endpoint Protection from my SCCM server. It is all working fine except the client on the SCCM server itslef which is not syncing his information. The antivirus is installed and up to date but it is the only one which appear with a problem. It is quite annoying and I have no clue what is wrong. Does someone have an idea about what is going on ?

    Hi,

    Based on my understanding, we need to find the only one client at risk. Left click the red circle item.

    \Assets and Compliance\Overview\Devices\All Desktop and Server Clients: Active clients at risk

    If you move mouse over the Active Client at risk: ?, it will prompt information: We could solve the problem according to these aspects

    Endpoint Protection clients with malware pending remediation, known operational issues, without antivirus definitions, or antivirus definitions older than 7 days.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the answer. No I already identified the problematic client, it was on the SCCM server. The problem auto-resolved since yesterday (I had this problem since a week), I cannot explain why but I hope it will stay stable.
