Unable to fetch rpm from redhat after creating a custom redhat linux image in azure using image builder.

I have created a custom redhat 7.5 linux image using azure image builder and it fails to fetch rpm packages from redhat repositories.

Error:

Trying other mirror.

    You mentioned that your custom Redhat image is unable fetch content from Redhat hosted repositories.
    Looking at the error, it looks like a timeout, which indicates a network issue. I am assuming it is a PAYG image, because if it was a BYOS trying to talk tot he RHUI mirrors, you would be getting an SSL client error or another valid HTTP response code.

    You should check for routing issues accessing the RHUI IPs.
