Stuck on Asrock screen

So i have had my computer for over 2 years now, it had worked fine until about a month ago it started to slow down, i reset it and everything was running fine until today it has decided not to load anything past Asrock and sometimes it will say Automatic Repair System which will be stuck loading too, i have searched it up and it is telling me to access safe mode which i cannot get to for some reason. I have tried everything please help
