    I am afraid not. As far as I know, you can't change the user account to Name, because these user account are stored in the server, and it cannot identify the user Name corresponding to each user account.

    Are you using a Power BI product? You should file your issue on the Power BI forum：https://community.powerbi.com/

    If you want to brand your portal, you need to create and upload a brand package.

    A brand package for Reporting Services consists of three items and is packaged as a zip file.

    • color.json
    • metadata.xml
    • logo.png (optional)

    You could upload in "Site Setting", please refer to: Branding the web portal.
