Purview scanning taking longer time for more files

Hi Team,

We are scanning 5lac+ files from datalake container to purview with pattern rule. we are using Integration runtime to scan metadata. Why it's taking long time?. Does CU involves if scanning is done thorough IR?

As we understand ask here is you would want to know why it is taking longer time for scanning 500K+ files using Scan pattern rule in Azure purview. Please correct if I'm not accurate.

To better understand the situation, could you please confirm below:

If you are using Self Hosted Integration runtime, were there any other processes running on that host machine while this scan is in-process?

Could you please share Scan Run ID for further investigation?
