Editing profile issues

This is most likely the wrong place but I'm stuck in this support loop and kind of lost

When I try to edit my profile settings over at https://examregistration.microsoft.com/MyProfile it throws me an:
50040: Sorry, we are having a service interruption and we are unable to complete your transaction. Please contact customer support.

When I click on customer support, I end up here:

And eventually instructed to post a support request in this forum. Help please.
