Windows 10 - 1909 to 20H2 failing to upgrade

Hi all,

I am having issues upgrading some of our machines from 1909 to 20H2. I get the below failure log. The machines are patched with the latest CU, I have ran a few troubleshooting steps found online;

  1. RAN SFC /SCANNOW
  2. Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /CheckHealth (No errs)
  3. wuauserv reset

None of the above have helped. Panther logs show are as below.

    They probably provide more information. However be aware that 20H2 is actually deprecated as well because it is 2 years old. A recent tech article indicates MS is considering forcefully updating such machines to the latest update. You might just consider jumping to the latest update which is currently 21H2.

    Try check your device's manufacturer website and download and install all updates for driver.
