Azure Database for PostgresSQL with private endpoint and backups with Backup Vault

I am trying to set backups with Backup Vault on Azure Database for PostgresSQL which is using Private Endpoint, I have set everything with Terraform following this link. When I did on demand backup it failed. Then I add backup manually from the portal but it failed with the following error: [see screenshot]
I was looking in the documentation but didn't find anything on Backup vault using private endpoint.
But I found this link but it didn't help because the Backup vault still wasn't able to do the backup.
Any Ideas how shall I fix this?
How would I perform backup with Backup Vault while having Azure DB for Pg with private endpoint?

I am guessing that any "Vaults" can use private endpoints if an "Azure Backup" resources is first created based on the summary here, but that's just my guess:
"Azure Backup allows you to securely back up and restore your data from your Recovery Services vaults using private endpoints." -

I am also trying to backup the postgresql database with private endpoint connection. The back up is successful if in the connection security the setting "deny public connections == no". it fails if "deny public connections == yes"
