Degradation in dependency duration for QnAmaker service

hi,
Why does the QnAMaker service performance degrades at times

Got an alert with below info type alert message through Smart Detector

"0.792 sec remoteDependency.durationMetric.value vs 359 ms in the previous 7 days"
"13 users and 6.0% of all Dependency calls were affected"
