Changing the affinity mask for some applications hangs W10 and W11.

Example. I start CPU-z or 3D MARK, change the mask to an arbitrary one via Task Manager, then return the affinity mask to all cores, then the system completely hangs after a few seconds.
There is no information in the logs. I'm sure it's not an application problem, but rather a problem with the timers and counters.
