Microsoft Office Specialist: Expert (Office 365 and Office 2019) appears to have two different paths to certification. One requires Access certification, and the other does not. Are you able to achieve this certification with Exams MO-100, MO-101, MO-200, MO-201, and MO-400?

The following is listed in the Certifications board:
To earn a Microsoft Office Specialist: Expert certification, complete the following requirements:
Earn a Microsoft Office Specialist Associate certification by passing three of the following Associate exams:
****MO-100: Microsoft Word (Word and Word 2019)
MO-200: Microsoft Excel (Excel and Excel 2019)****
MO-300: Microsoft PowerPoint (PowerPoint and PowerPoint 2019)
MO-400: Microsoft Outlook (Outlook and Outlook 2019)
Pass any two of the following three Expert exams:
MO-101: Microsoft Word Expert (Word and Word 2019)
MO-201: Microsoft Excel Expert (Excel and Excel 2019)

MO-500: Microsoft Access Expert (Access and Access 2019)

But just below that, the following is listed:
Job role: Business User
Prerequisites: 1 certification
Required exams: MO-101MO-201MO-500

I want to be certain I am completing all necessary requirements.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with certification renewal in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
