cannot rdp onto work pc from home pc

Hey, so this is a head scratcher.
I've a Win11ENT PC at work. I can RDP onto it from my iPhone no problem at all. when I try from the Win11 PC at home I'm getting "Your credentials did not work" followed by "Remote machine is AAD joined..... " but the information I'm putting in on the PC is identical. I though maybe the router (BT Homehub 6) was giving me problems so I used the iPhone as the connection instead and got the same problem and I'm bu**ered if I can work it out! I've got the old IPSEC Cisco VPN running on both the iPhone and the PC.
HELP! It's driving me nuts!
(The target PC has dual boot - if I've got the Win10Ent running I can RDP from the PC at home and the iPhone - go figure!)
