Hello,

Requirement :
We have a pc which is logging in to domain1.com
The email address of the mailbox is test1@keyman .com
Requirement : The email should be sent from user2@domain2.com
This domain2.com is not there in accepted domain in the environment of domain1.com
Both the domains reside in different environment.

We can check to add both these mailboxes in same outlook profile however how the emails sent from test1@domain1.com will be sent as user2@domain2.com

Thanks and Regards,
Ajit

    This is not possible if domain2.com is not an accepted domain in your org.

    Generally, The only way to send as another domain like that is to send the messages anonymously and essentially spoof that domain. Outlook /OWA "Exchange" clients do not allow that.

    Using POP or IMAP - if your SMTP settings allowed it, it may work as well, but since you are spoofing the message it may fail authentication checks on the recipient side and not be delivered regardless.

    @Ajit Terdalkar

    If you want to send emails from one email address, you need to set this email address as "Reply Address" (Each mailbox only could have one reply address, you also need to add that domain as accepted domain on your Exchange server).

    Both the domains reside in different environments.

    Based on your description, these two domains are real domains. Why not configure two mailboxes into one Outlook profile?
