IIS Media Services is no longer supported so the download link has been removed. The latest version of IIS Media Services was 4.1. It followed the support lifecycle of Internet Information Services 7.5 which itself followed the lifecycle of Windows Server 2008 R2. When Windows Server 2008 R2 was deprecated in 2020-01-14 that also ended the lifecycle of IIS Media Services. Azure Media Services is a better choice for you. In IIS Media Serivces docs, it has said that To keep up-to-date with the latest IIS Media Services feature news and developments, go to the IIS Media Services home page on IIS.net. And the latest IIS Media Service home page points to Azure Media Services.
