Profile is blocked on Pearson Vue, can't schedule an exam

Hello Team,

I am getting below error while scheduling an exam.
Can you please help?

"We can’t access your Microsoft profile as it appears to be blocked on Pearson VUE.

You can contact Pearson VUE Support for further assistance. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum."
