filter for the next id

Question

pipeline is using a lookup into a .csv file
then filter is used to filter for the value of the column, i.e. @activity('FilterNextValue').output.itemName[0] --> This gives the value in the ID field, i.e. 1
But I would like to get the value of the next ID which is in the next row
