is it possible to create a full os update from android 10 to android 11 via intune?

a delta update works, but the full update I can not get. do I have to pay attention to anything else there?

For this issue that couldn't get the full update, it is suggested to contact Zebra support to confirm if the configurations will get the full update.

But I think you misunderstand me.

The update works from Android 10U22 to Android 10U109.
I have the update file from Zebra. This is on the FTP server with me. Everything runs so far, the file is also downloaded and installed (Updating to a higher version works).

My question now the update from Android 10U109 to Android 11U22 does not work for me yet. Is there anything that I have to pay attention to in addition?

@TobyD Thanks for your quick update.

From your description, it works well when update Android 10 to a higher Android 10 version. However, I'm not sure if it is supported to update android 10 to android 11 directly.

For this update issue, please check if the profile's deployment status shows "Succeeded" in intune portal. If yes, please understand that intune just deploy this profile and how to update OS is not controlled by intune. So, it is still needed to contact Zebra support to get accurate help.
