my pc is randomly taking my permissions

Can someone please help me understand why I lose permissions on my PC randomly? I'm not very good with PC's but it happened to my old one so i got a new one and now its doing the same thing.173713-screenshot-2022-02-12-105251.png

    Open the folder containing the problematic file.
    Right-click the file and select Properties.
    Select the Security tab at the top.
    From the Group or user names section, select your user account and select the Edit button.
    Select your user account in the new window that opens.
    In the Permissions section at the bottom, remove all checkmarks from the Deny column.
    Select Apply followed by OK at the bottom. Do this on the Properties window, too
