Hi,
I used site recovery to test a failover of my VM.
Failed over machine is in running state and when I try to ping its public ip , i dont get any response.
Diagnostics show the following message and it has been stuck there for the last 24 hours.
This virtual machine is starting as requested by an authorized user or process. It will be online shortly.
@Muhammad Zeeshan Are you trying to ping the source IP or IP of the VM spun up in Azure?
Could you also check the disk type of the VM in question (managed or unmanaged) and try to switch between the two?
Did you perform the preparation steps listed on this page before you replicated?
If not, you can just make these changes and wait for the next sync to complete and then failover again.
