HI, i made a quota request and it got approved but the quota didn't change and it don't let me to create a NV12s_v3 GPU because of the Insufficient quota - family limit. What should I do?

Are you using free/benefit/sponsorship subscription? If yes, in order to use this VM type the offer type needs to be converted to Pay As You Go or you need to create a new Pay as You Go subscription. If the quota is approved, can you please reopen the case with Microsoft requesting help on this? (or why can't you consider alternative VM types (with quota) that may be suitable for your requirements.)
