Missing Emails in Outlook

Question

Hi Support,

An issue has occured over the past 12 hours, where all my emails from 12/02/2022 to 2018 have been erased.

They are not in the deleted folder or moved to any other folders.

Can you please investigate this or even look at logfiles in your back end to see where they have gone to?

Outlook.com (hotmail) is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Outlook.com actively monitors questions in dedicated forums here.
