Hi . Since 2 or 3 weeks ago I have tried to download and install windows 11 update (KB5010386) but every time it stucks at 50-100 % and during last week it didn't start downloding. What can I do to solve this? Is there any web that I can download the update file myself?

In case a manual upgrade does not work using the Microsoft catalog then

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

    sfc /scannow
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    msdt.exe -id WindowsUpdateDiagnostic
    wmic qfe list

Post images or share links of the commands with results.

For the troubleshooter > click view detailed information > post images or share links

And then run some diag - Software/Hardware - First

After all fixed, then run Windows updates

The images displayed successful Windows and security updates as of today 02/13/2021.

Consider installing the remaining updates as needed.
