On the image I'm able to interpret the following findings: (please correct any as I'm not able to read the non-English results)

a) Scannow found corrupt files that it could not repair

b) Restorehealth (error 0x800f081f = CBS_E_SOURCE_MISSING)

If the above is correct then perform the following steps:

1) Temporarily uninstall any of these non-Microsoft software using the applicable uninstall tools:

a) antivirus
b) firewall
c) drive encryption

2) Download and install on the desktop:

3) Disconnect Ethernet and Wireless (hardware off if available)

3) Perform an in place upgrade repair using the desktop Windows 10 iso
