How do I set manual DNS entries Windows 11

Question

Hi there, when I try and set manual DNS entries on WIndows 11 I cannot save the change, even though the ip addresses are correct. This is using IP V4

At the top of the pop up screen it states "*some of these settings are hidden or managed by your organization". It is a standalone laptop not connected to a domain. I have serached the above message and only find entries which seem to relate to windows update, which I can alter if I wish.

Not sure what information is required but here are the basics at least abd will be happy to supply additional info. I've redacted some info btw ...

I've tried using both my windows log in and local log in, both are administrators, same result.

I've tried to upload the screenshot of the message, redacted the ip addy's but treble checked they were correct. Any and all help very much appreciated.
