DEP0700 Error

Running Win 10 VSCE 2022
Attempting to replicate the Drum Pad WinUI 3 example by J.Zhang.
I start a winUI 3 Blank App Project, And immediately try a Build.
As expected I see Build Solution Succeeded
So I attempt to run and encounter a
DEP0700 Registration of the App Failed
Why would this occur?
What should I do to resolve this issue?

VSCE 2022you mentioned? Do you mean Visual Studio Code? The DEP0700 error-Registration of the app failedrepresents the app you are running is already installed. Please check if you had installed an app with the same name before.
