Hi,
we are trying to deploy windows 10 version 10.0.19041 but it is getting failed again and again at OS deployment stage with below error. we are trying to deploy OS on existing system. system is set to boot from PXE and Bit locker is disabled.
first error -
The task sequence execution engine failed executing the action (Partition Disk 0 - UEFI) in the group (Install Operating System) with the error code 50
Action output: . The operating system reported error 50: The request is not supported.
second error after bypass of UEFI partition -
The task sequence execution engine failed executing the action (Apply Operating System) in the group (Install Operating System) with the error code 50
Action output: . The operating system reported error 50: The request is not supported.
I have often seen this when you've specific an unattend.xml file in the Apply OS task that doesn't exist. Check what you have configured there and that it exists in the package specified there as well.

Thanks for your posting on Q&A.
Please help to check whether you are running the Task sequence in full OS or in Windows PE. As far as I know, we have to run the Task sequence in Windows PE. If you are running the Task sequence in full OS, please try to run the Task sequence in Windows PE and confirm whether it is helpful.

task sequence is running in Windows PE. still same error as below -

May I know the Windows ADK version and ConfigMgr version?
It will be better if you could share the smsts.log for me to research further. Please follow this link to get the log if you haven't tried before.

i was able to solve it partially and we have tested the solution which was successful. I'm going to test it for one more time to ensure it works as per customer requirement. once tested i'll put the solution here.
