Hello everyone,
There is a way to add OneNote Windows 10 to my Customize StartMenu or to the taskbar?
I was able to added all the MS Office Apps but not OneNote.

OneNote from the Store? Should just be able to right click the icon in Start screen (or via search) and select option to Pin to Start and/or Pin to Taskbar. Windows Store apps have this built in.
For the full OneNote app then you should be able to do the same thing by searching for it in Windows search or running through the list of apps in the Start Screen. In either case the option should be on the context menu.

In my organization my users have a start menu (XML File) and in it are all the apps that they are allowed to access.
My goal is to be able to find the link or registry key to pin access to the menu or taskbar.

To clarify, you did not install OneNote from the Office installer but instead are using the OneNote app that ships with Windows 10? I guess now would be a good time to point out that if you're already installing Office 365 on work machines then you should be using that version of OneNote as well and not the free version that ships with Windows 10 for those people who do not have an Office 365 version (including the trial version that comes with Windows). This has caused confusion and the last word on the matter (from 2021) is that the Win 10 version is going away and will be replaced with the Office 365 desktop version. Dates vary but the last one I've seen here mentions second half 2022 for deprecation with 2025 being the end date of support but you should look into it further if you're interested.
I assume in your response that you're using the LayoutModification.xml file as defined here correct? Is GP an option instead of using the XML file?
To add to the XML file you need the AppuserModelID I believe. To get that run Get-AppXPackage on a machine with it installed. This document has code to get the ID you need.
