I cannot schedule Microsoft exam

I am trying to schedule a Microsoft exam through Pearson VUE and keep getting an error about the browser, but I am using Edge and it will not work. In the URL it shows candidate not found, but I do have a Microsoft ID. I had posted before but was not able to get back soon enough with the recorded steps.
