Trying to download KB5009557 for Windows server 2019

When I try to go to the Microsoft Update Catalog to download KB5009557 for Windows server 2019, the file is visible and when I try to download it using the link it only has Windows 10 variants:

Is there a binary file for the update for Windows 2019, or is this update just for Windows 10 and it is categorized wron in the update catalog?

    Because of widespread problems KB5009557
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-health/status-windows-10-1809-and-windows-server-2019#2781msgdesc

    was pulled and replaced with the out of band KB5010791. KB5010351 supersedes them both.
