Microsoft Teams: Report on user status for period of time
Hi,
Is there a way in MS Teams to pull (or create) a report showing a list of all the users for a given period of time and what their time in each status was.... E.G
User 1
- Away: 5 Hours 30 mins
- Available: 3 Hours 1 mins
- Do not Disturb: 0 hours 0 mins
- Be right back: 0 Hours 30 mins
- Appear offline: 1 Hours 10 mins
User 2
- Away: 4 Hours 30 mins
- Available: 5 Hours 1 mins
- Do not Disturb: 1 hours 0 mins
- Be right back: 0 Hours 30 mins
- Appear offline: 2 Hours 10 mins
And so on....
Even if we have to use PowerBI or similar to create the report, any information on how we can access the data for peoples historical statuses would be appreciated.

2022-02-15T08:03:23.747+00:00 Hi @Tony Milne
Based on my experience, getting User Presence Logs from Microsoft Teams is not available in Reports now.
In this case, we recommend you vote for it in Teams UserVoice. Microsoft will always focus on customer’s feedback and experience, some new features would be added to the services based on customers' feedback in the future, and your good ideas will be very helpful for them to improve the service. Your time, understanding and cooperation will be highly appreciated.
