Certificiate not loading, asking to contact support? Badge not yet issued too?

Dear MS Certification Team,

I have passed Office2019: Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Associate , on February 11, 2022.

I am able to view my certificate on Certiport, but I am not able to view my certificate on Microsoft Dashboard, nor I have been issued badge as of yet.

Each time I try to view certificate or download certificate from Microsoft Dashboard it states an error and asks to contact support.

The name of certificate is visible here : https://mcptnc.microsoft.com/certificate , but preview or download states an error that contact support.

My MCID is: 992565226

Please help me in rectifying this error and getting the badge issued too.
