Previous article: This is the case, and then we log in to OneDrive on the intranet to synchronize and upload everything normally. However, in the case of our internal network, we cannot access the external network, so we can only go out to the external network through the proxy, but OneDrive cannot go out through the proxy, it will be a waste of time), and then in the share point of the proxy server, because we will assign it to this (because of this, we will distribute it in this way).

Problem: When we use a proxy and put an exception, OneDrive becomes unable to synchronize, and the upload file is stuck at 0%. The login is successful during the packet capture process, but the verification is always performed during synchronization. Of course, this traffic is There must be no proxy, because I did not capture the local OneDrive traffic on the proxy server. The web version upload and download are normal. When I try to use Fiddler to capture packets, even if the proxy is turned on, I can still synchronize normally. I don't understand what this packet capture tool does. This Fiddler also sets a proxy gateway.

The solution that needs to be sought: I hope to know the reason for this, because after the proxy is turned on, the synchronization is stuck at 0% of OneDrive, but there is no problem with logging in

    Hi @何志锋

According to your description, I still suggest you check the proxy.

    Do you use Authenticated proxies?
Please note, Authenticated proxies aren’t supported in OneDrive.
