AFter upgrading to 2103 all clients have ? next to their name

AFter upgrading to 2103 all devices have ? next to the name. I have tried uninstalling the client still does not make any difference.

    The "?" means sccm client online status is unknown, the site server (or MP) is not able to connect to the client via the fast channel. There could be several reasons for unknown status, the communication between client and server are not in place.
