hi ,

i enabled the site recovery and performed the test failover.

it creatd new vm as part of site recovery test failover...I have done some chnages in that new vm (created by Azure sit recovery)

once every thing done and cleared the test failover ..now i dont see the changes in my primary vm ..(i mean the changes which i did in site recovery VM)

any option to sync data from site recovery vm to primary vm when we back to primary vm once failover done

Thanks

Hello @Gundavarapu Srinivasarao - Welcome to Microsoft Q&A community forum!

From the details provided above I can infer that you were able to successfully perform test failover. Now that, you want the changes you made to be replicated to primary VM (on-premise). To do so, you need to perform failback operation and as part of failback - reverse replication. The details are documented here - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/site-recovery/hyper-v-azure-failback#fail-back-to-the-original-location

    Hope this clarifies!
