Powershell to update the SQL server Linked service in ADF v2

Hello team,
Is is possible to update the SQL server linked service in ADF v2 via windows auth via powershell by passing all the details during run time/dynamically via Azure Devops library rather than having a static file

for : New-AzureRmDataFactoryLinkedService

Hello @Nandan Hegde and thank you for your question. We are having difficulty understanding precisely the ask without context.

It sounds like you want to edit the linked service used in a pipeline while that same pipeline is running. Hypothetically, if you did that, I'm uncertain whether the new linked service changes would take effect in the same pipeline run. The execution may be running on a copy of the definitions made at the time the pipeline run is created. If it did not run off a copy, then I would expect to hear about problems caused by publishes made during running triggers.

Can you please tell me a little more about what you are really trying to accomplish? My next interpretation is fetching credentials stored in Azure Devops.

For most cases where you want to set the linked service auth during pipeline run time, you would parameterize the linked service. I'm not confident that's what you are asking about here.
