Text Hide/Show Based on The Section/ Heading Selected in The Table of Contents in WORD 2016

I have a generic 90 page word document with 20 different sections. I want to be able to select only the relevant sections from the table of contents and the others are hidden to make the document much shorter and only contain the sections needed for a particular task.
