Hi there,

When creating a new AKS cluster using a Standard_B2s and Virtual machine scale set it forces a Premium SSD disk that cannot be downgraded to Standard HDD. This was confirmed by Microsoft with a support ticket.

So, my questions:

  1. This forced pricey feature is not well documented. There is a a page with all this quirks documented?
  2. It should be really possible to create a cluster with Standard HDD. In my scenario the cluster is for testing, it doesn't requires Premium SSD performances. There is a plan to support this?

Thanks.
