Dynamic Visualization of form input

Question

Within a Power app, I would like to take a Form input and visualize the data live in the app. Please see below pictures:

GOAL:

Basically, I want to display the number in the correct cell that is calculated with the formula in the picture.

Currently, the "heatmap" is just a screenshot, my original thought was to use Set statements to just display the number over top of the correct cell, but this will be time consuming to create and even worse to update. The "heatmap" does not have to be interactive, only display the number over the cell.

I am open to any suggestions, but performance is paramount!
