Developer account removed due to multiple violation in ADA. What about my pending payment?

My developer account was removed stating a reason due to multiple violation in ADA. My question here is I was having my earning in that account whose payment I have not received as because in my payment profile I have selected a setting on hold, Now how can I get back my earnings / payment? To whom I have to contact for support for such query. Please guide me for. the same...
