Azure Education Windows' License

Question

I was planning to install Windows 10 as a virtual machine with my Azure Education License. I don't know if the license can be reactivated if I reinstall my virtual machine. My another question is that will my license gets expired after one year with my Azure free quota? Thank you for your help!

Microsoft imagine gives a bunch more goodies, including windows 10, a bunch of legacy windows (useful for homeserver compatibility) and free azure.
