I can't login my Facebook account

Hello, I was recently logged out of my facebook and need an authenticator code to log back in, however I don’t have a Facebook account in my authenticator. To add my facebook to authenticator, I need a code from inside facebook, but I can’t access Facebook without an authenticator code. So I’m not sure what to do.
