I cant go into my Dashboard to deploy a Windows App update, I'm always redirected

Question

So iam trying to access my dev dashboard to do an update on a App

But the link always redirect me to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/find-your-role

This was working perfectly last week, and today is broken!!!!!!!

Need a solution ASAP pls
