This morning my company's Azure subscription was terminated without any explanation, beyond saying that there had been "suspicious activity". We have raised support tickets, but are repeatedly told that "Our earlier decision remains, and your account will stay closed due to violation of Azure terms of use." No further explanation is given, nor is any way to escalate the matter.
We are a registered company based in Northern Ireland, on a paid subscription plan, using Azure to serve two SaaS products. We do not believe that we have breached any part of the acceptable use policy, and if it emerged that we had we would take immediate action to remedy the breach. This is costing us money and we would like to know who we can contact to resolve the situation.

Thanks for clarifying. We've actually managed to make contact with someone in Azure support by another route and have had our subscription reactivated. But thank you for making the effort, it really is great that you went to the trouble.
