In this case, you have to check with the software vendor.
Try open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
One way is to find the missing assembly and version and load it into the system and see if it works. Normally assemblies available on the internet are unsafe and corrupted so never download them from the internet and if possible look for the assembly in working copy of the previous version of Windows.

I am trying to install ICE Chat in my pc (64-bit - Windows 11) and the following error occurs: Unable to install or run the application. The application requires that assembly Microsoft.Windows.Common-Controls Version 6.0.0.0 be installed in the Global Assembly Cache (GAC) first. Does anyone know what to do in order to start the app?
