Hello everyone,

I have been encountering a strange issue on our remote clients that keeps giving users error code 80070003, has anyone else had this issue and found a fix? What I've been doing to remedy this is just:

1) Closing out Teams on the Users active session
2) Navigating to the users Synology RDS Rack Station Folder Redirection profile
3) Deleting any Teams folders outside of the Microsoft folder within their user profile
4)Deleting their user profile's version of AppData/Local/Roaming/Microsoft/Teams and creating a new folder named Teams within the same folder
5) Reload Teams on the users active session.

And sometimes this doesn't always work, but repeating the same sequence has shown varying degrees of success.

Any help on how to fix this permanently is greatly appreciated, thanks!

    Hi @Jason Kurtz ,

I have been encountering a strange issue on our remote clients that keeps giving users error code 80070003

I tried searching around about the error code "80070003" and found the thread below which was finally resolved by adjusting the Teams compatibility mode to windows 8:
