Error change Defalut Company Brand in AAD

Question

I manage a few tentants of 365 and AAD and for some reason in some of them i get the error "Failed to update tenant branding
Failed to update tenant branding for locale 'Default'" whenever i try to add or remove logos and background images. If i edit "Username hint" ou "Sign-in page text" only there is no error.

All images are below the minimum size and resolution.
